Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using API Test Lab. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using API Test Lab at apitestlab.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify registered users of material changes.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3.Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.Acceptable Use
You may only use API Test Lab to test APIs that you own or have explicit permission to test. You must not use the service to conduct unauthorized security testing, to generate malicious traffic, to scrape data from third-party services without authorization, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5.Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
Free plans are provided at no cost with stated limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
6.Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or data loss, except where required by applicable law.
7.Intellectual Property
API Test Lab and its associated branding, code, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of the test configurations and data you create. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, API Test Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.
10.Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where we are registered.
